HI All,It is terrific to be back after a couple months of summer! I rolled into the RE Office a few days ago to find that Kathy and the rest of the RE Committee had kept everything running great! From what I hear, the summer world travels have been really interesting and we have had good attendance. I am not surprised, cause the line up of tour guides was amazing. I love it went our congregation's adults share their experiences with the younger folks.
SO now the busy, busy season is upon us. We need to get all the classes organized, finish mapping out the curricula and hold orientations for teachers. We are also getting the Coming of Age program together and making a new orientation class for Families who have recently joined the congregation. All that and welcome our new interim minister, John Nichols, to Channing! It will be a full month, and FUN!
